Narcisstic. Thats pretty funny. I'm surprised a guy like that would have a girlfriend. Must be really rich and good looking. Yeah for treatment I think that the girlfriend should break up with him and tell him how much of a jerk he is (maybe that wil lower his ego). Then, he should go to therapy and work on himself.

Definitely a narcissist. Very good job in making the letter all about you. Although the letter has an overall humorous tone to it, the reader can tell that you're trying to make the letter all about how awesome you are. You definitely need some therapy to deflate your ego without dieing from the shock.
